Context and Objectives
Crown Uniform has been serving clients in New England for more than 100 years, and though their business continued to grow, their information architecture required intensive time commitments from their valued team members. For accounting, inventory, CRM, proposals and data warehousing, Crown associates were bogged down with data entry and retrieval, spending valuable time on processes that could become more efficient and automated.
